It is this understanding that led to the founding of “The Open Window Company.”
The company’s purpose and vision revolve around providing a completely different approach to home improvement—one that is transparent, easy, and trustworthy.
The aim is to offer customers a seamless “journey” with The Open Window Company, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire process of improving their homes.

Since its inception, Shelley has always been an integral part of The Open Window Company and joined the family business, full time, in 2020.
With a wealth of product and industry knowledge coupled with great organisational skills, your journey with The Open Window Company will probably begin with a call or email from Shelley so we can better understand your requirements and how to best assist.
In addition, Shelley is responsible for managing our administrative, installation and customer service teams, in order to provide a responsive, professional and exceptional level of service that we strive to achieve at The Open Window Company.
Rizzo

Rizzo, who joined the business in 2017, is an excitable member of the team who thrives on affection, cuddles, and treats.
During client consultations, Rizzo eagerly anticipates meeting new people, and as a result, she may often be heard whimpering from under the reception desk. Clients are always welcome to meet Rizzo, and if you ask, the team will provide you with some of her favorite treats to make the introduction even more enjoyable.
Rizzo’s greatest accomplishments thus far have been featuring on the Facebook and Instagram Business Pages, and she is eagerly waiting for an opportunity to be featured on the cover of “Dogue.”
